1.Agreement between Foreign employer and Vestel:
An agreement to be signed between both parties on demand and supply of manpower from India with detailed terms and conditions.
2. Employers from ECR countries :
The foreign employers (FE) from the below mentioned countries are requested to register with www.emigrate.gov.in. This is an online portal , initiative taken by Govt of India to recruit manpower from India. This is mandatory process to be followed to recruit manpower from India.
ECR countries : (1) United Arab Emirates (2) Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (3) Qatar (4) Oman (5) Kuwait (6) Bahrain (7) Malaysia (8) Libya (9) Jordan (10) Yemen (11) Sudan (12) Afghanistan (13) Indonesia (14) Syria (15) Lebanon (16) Thailand and (17) Iraq.
3. Employer from any other Countries (ECNR):
To speedup the process of recruitment and deployment of candidates, proper documentation is very important. Employer should provide us the following documents duly signed and stamped by authorized person of Company :
a. Demand Letter
b. Power of Attorney
c. Specimen Employment Contract
Details of Each Documents :
a. Demand Letter: A “demand means” the category wise, skill-wise number of workers required by the employer. This includes description of job-specifications and salary offered. This should be in the letter head of the employer addressed to the registered agent in India.
b. Power of Attorney: An employer shall authorize a recruiting agent in India, registered under the provisions of the Act, by a power of attorney executed in favour of the recruiting agent authorizing that recruiting agent for the purposes of the recruitment of persons on his behalf.
The above power of attorney shall be valid for the period of the employment contract of the recruited workers. Unless specified normally the power of attorney is construed to be valid for one year from the date of issue.
c. Specimen Contract of Employment: In addition to the above, the employer is also, required to provide a “Specimen Contract of employment” in his letter head duly authorized to indicate the various terms and conditions of employment of the worker in advance.
